Join Tamarind’s gallery director Nancy Zastudil and artist Nicola López as they discuss the human desire to create images and objects, the enduring power of landscape, and how printmaking serves Lopez’s artistic practice.

López has had solo exhibitions and projects with Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; Pace Prints Gallery, New York; Chazen Museum, Madison; La Calera Oaxaca; and has participated in many group exhibitions including Museum of Modern Art, New York; Los Angeles County Museum of Art; the Museo Rufino Tamayo, Mexico City; and the Denver Art Museum. She recently created Haunted, a site-responsive installation at the Albuquerque Museum, that reflects on how all landscapes are now and forever haunted by our inescapable, human presence.
