Head Of A Woman celebrates the creative industry of collaborative printmaking first envisioned by June Wayne, founder of Tamarind Lithography Workshop, and the many women who shaped the field over the past sixty years. Organized in conjunction with the Frederick Hammersley Artist Residency, held by Danielle Orchard, the program assembles an intergenerational roster of printers, curators, artists, publishers, and recent Tamarind graduates. The program is free and open to the public, and takes place at the Ventana Salon at the Albuquerque Museum.
